Cosmopolitan Accommodations arose from the ashes of its former iteration called Assured Accommodations which was established in the mid-1990s.
Its founder, Alvin Puentevella, an experienced New York City Real Estate property manager, investor, developer and duly licensed by the State of New York to conduct Real Estate transactions, saw an opportunity to provide personalized and specialized services for owners in the renting of their furnished apartments and to the community of international visitors and business travelers.
Who we are today is a group of native New Yorkers and a team of associates with diverse international background dedicated to creating a New York City that is truly a home for the world.
